You can
enjoy this yummy breakfast cereal hot or cold, and with whatever grain you have
on hand.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup
dry quinoa
1/2 cup
water
1 apple
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 cup
almond milk
In a pot
combine the quinoa with the 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil, then turn down to
low and let simmer for 15 minutes.
While the
quinoa is cooking chop up the apple.
Mix the
cooked quinoa, apple and almond milk in a bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and and
enjoy :)
